อีกหนึ่งโครงการของการพัฒนาครูโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร (ปฐมวัยและประถมศึกษา) โดยรองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายสวัสดิการและสุขภาพนักเรียน ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.รัตนชฎาวรรณ อยู่นาค หรือ “คุณครูแหม่ม” ของนักเรียน ช่วงระยะเวลาของการอบรม 2 วัน ระหว่างวันที่ 17-18 มิถุนายน 2563 ทำให้ครูได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้หลักการพัฒนาเด็กเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนปฐมวัยและประถมศึกษา ที่เต็มไปด้วยความรู้และการเสริมพลังความคิด พร้อมที่จะถ่ายทอดให้แก่นักเรียนตัวน้อยในวันเปิดเทอม
An advantage of establishing a demonstration school attached to a university is to have frequent chances for on-the-job training for teachers by university professors. NUDS teachers have just been trained by Deputy Director of Naresuan University Demonstration School (Kindergarten and Primary), Assistant Professor Dr. Rattanachadawan Yunak. During the training, the teachers reviewed on an applicability of child development principles to classroom instruction, including how teachers can provide safety and healthy environment at NUDS when students come back to school.
