On Friday, 30 October 2020, Naresuan University Demonstration School (Kindergarten and Primary) held “Little Ghosts Float Kra Thong” to let students learn eastern culture (Loy Kra Thong Festival) and western culture (Halloween Festival) simultaneously. In the event, kindergarten and primary students dressed up in ghost costumes and brought their kra thong to float with friends, led by NUDS Director Assistant Dr. Sudakarn Patamadilok and Deputy Director Assistant Dr. Ratanachadawan Yunak together with staff, teachers and voluntary teachers. The activity was processed with fun such as listening to stories of Halloween and Loy Kra Thong, playing Trick or Treat and various games, joining Fancy Costume Contest that asked students to wear recycled costume and presented its making process. In the afternoon, the children gathered to float the kra thong together and brought it back home to float with their family according to Thai tradition later on.
