ครูผู้สอนเข้าร่วมโครงการตามรอยพระราชาฯ เพื่อเตรียมสอนวิชา “คุณธรรมที่ยั่งยืน”

          สาธิตม.น. (อนุบาลและประถมศึกษา) ร่วมถอดรหัสพระอัจฉริยภาพของในหลวง ร.9 จากโครงการตามรอยพระราชาฯ เพื่อเตรียมสอนวิชา “คุณธรรมที่ยั่งยืน”
     โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร (อนุบาลและประถมศึกษา) เข้าร่วมโครงการ “ทิพยสืบสาน รักษา ต่อยอด นวัตกรรมศาสตร์พระราชา” จัดโดยบริษัท ทิพยประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) ร่วมกับศูนย์คุณธรรม (องค์การมหาชน) มูลนิธิประเทศไทยใสสะอาด สำนักงานบริหารและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ (องค์การมหาชน) กองทุนพัฒนาสื่อปลอดภัยและสร้างสรรค์ การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สมาคมนักเรียนเก่า AFS ประเทศไทย และมูลนิธิธรรมดี เพื่อให้บุคลากรได้ “เจริญสติ” และ “พัฒนาศีล สมาธิ ปัญญา (ไตรสิกขา)” สำหรับการเรียนการสอนวิชา “คุณธรรมที่ยั่งยืน” ในปีการศึกษา 2565 นี้
     ช่วงเดือนมกราคม – มีนาคม 2565 ที่ผ่านมา ทีมผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ นำโดยรักษาการในตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการ ผศ.ดร.สุดากาญจน์ ปัทมดิลก พร้อมด้วยครูอนุบาลและครูประถมศึกษาจำนวน 7 คน ได้เข้าร่วมตามรอยพระราชาในโครงการ “ทิพยสืบสาน รักษา ต่อยอด นวัตกรรมศาสตร์พระราชา” ครั้งที่ 14 – 16 ณ จังหวัดสระบุรี จังหวัดเพชรบุรี และจังหวัดพิษณุโลก-เพชรบูรณ์ ซึ่งคัดเลือกครูอาจารย์จากสถาบันการศึกษาทั่วประเทศ มาร่วมกันถอดรหัสพระอัจฉริยภาพของในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 จาก 4,800 โครงการในพระราชดำริ สู่เป้าหมายเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนขององค์การสหประชาชาติ (UN SDGs) 17 ข้อ อันสอดคล้องกับนโยบายและหลักสูตรของโรงเรียนฯ ที่มุ่งเน้น “การศึกษาที่ยั่งยืน” นับตั้งแต่การก่อตั้งในปี 2562
     จากการเข้าร่วมโครงการฯ ผู้บริหารและคณะครูได้เรียนรู้คุณธรรม 4 ประการ คือ “พอเพียง วินัย สุจริต จิตอาสา” อันเป็นรากฐานของหลักปรัชญา “เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง” ที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร ได้ทรงมอบไว้แก่ประชาชนชาวไทยและชาวโลก โดยผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการได้ร่วมกันถอดรหัสโครงการในพระราชดำริกว่า 4,000 โครงการ ที่รวบรวม ศึกษา ทดลอง วิจัย พัฒนา และปรับปรุงพื้นที่ทางการเกษตรให้เป็นศูนย์เกษตรกรรมด้วยการเกษตรวิถีใหม่ รวมทั้งเรียนรู้การพัฒนาแหล่งน้ำ การฟื้นฟูสภาพป่า การวางแผนปลูกพืชและเลี้ยงสัตว์ เพื่อให้พึ่งพาตนเองได้ จากโครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่อันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ เช่น ฟาร์มโคนมไทย-เดนมาร์ค ศูนย์ศึกษาการพัฒนาห้วยทราย โครงการพัฒนาที่ดินมูลนิธิชัยพัฒนาบ้านเกาะคู นอกจากนี้ ผู้บริหารและคณะครูของโรงเรียนฯ ยังได้รับชุดหนังสือภาษาอังกฤษ ‘King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand’ จำนวน 3 เล่ม ที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับพระราชประวัติและพระราชจริยวัตรของในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 พร้อมกับสื่อการเรียนรู้เกมกระดาน (Board Game) คือ เกม ‘Game of Our Nation’ ที่สอดแทรกคุณธรรม 4 ประการ และเกม ‘The Medici Effect 9’ ที่ถอดบทเรียนและต่อยอดสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมจากการตามรอยพระราชา
     นอกจากร่วมกิจกรรมที่สร้างสรรค์และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ ยังได้รับฟังการบรรยายจากวิทยากรผู้มีความสามารถและสร้างคุณความดีให้แก่ประเทศชาติ รวมทั้งมีชื่อเสียงในด้านการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม การพัฒนากรอบความคิด การสอนภาษาอังกฤษ การฝึกจิตและสมาธิ เช่น คุณวิชชุดา ไตรธรรม ที่ปรึกษากรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท ทิพยประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน) ดร.ดนัย จันทร์เจ้าฉาย กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ศูนย์คุณธรรม (องค์การมหาชน) และมูลนิธิประเทศไทยใสสะอาด และประธานมูลนิธิธรรมดี รศ.นพ.สุริยเดว ทรีปาตี ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์คุณธรรม (องค์การมหาชน) คุณอดุลย์ ดาราธรรม นายกสมาคมนักเรียนเก่าเอเอฟเอส ประเทศไทย ดร.สุมณี ปิ่นเวหาส์ และคุณนุชรี ยงมั่นคงกุล กรรมการสมาคมนักเรียนเก่า AFS ประเทศไทยและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสร้างคุณภาพชีวิต เป็นต้น ซึ่งผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ สามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนการสอนและมอบแสงสว่างแห่งปัญญาแก่ผู้เรียน เพื่อให้เข้าถึงและเข้าใจเรื่องราวของในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 มากยิ่งขึ้น สามารถสื่อสารให้ชาวต่างชาติฟังได้ว่าเหตุใดคนไทยจึงรักและผูกพันกับสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ได้ข้อคิดในการใช้ชีวิตเพื่อเติบโตเป็นผู้ใหญ่ที่เต็มเปี่ยมด้วยคุณธรรม พร้อมทั้งนำศาสตร์พระราชาไปปรับใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้อย่างยั่งยืน
     หลังจากเข้าร่วมโครงการฯ แล้ว ผู้บริหารและคณะครูได้นำความรู้มาถ่ายทอด ต่อยอด และถอดบทเรียนร่วมกับบุคลากรที่โรงเรียนฯ เพื่อออกแบบวิชา “คุณธรรมที่ยั่งยืน” ให้สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา EIS (English Integrated Studies/ English Instructional Systems) และ MIS (Multi-lingual Instructional Systems) อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในปีการศึกษา 2565 โดยมีจุดประสงค์หลัก คือ พัฒนาความเข้มแข็งให้เกิดขึ้นจากภายใน ใช้คุณธรรมนำการพัฒนา และสร้างเยาวชนให้เป็นมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์ เพื่อให้เกิด “สังคมคุณธรรม” ที่เกื้อกูลและแบ่งปันอย่างยั่งยืนสืบไป

          NUDS (Kindergarten and Primary) Decoded Genius of King RAMA IX through Follow the King’s Footsteps Project before Teaching “Sustainable Integrity”
     Naresuan University Demonstration School (Kindergarten and Primary) joined the project “Dhipaya Continues, Preserves and Builds On His Majesty King Bhumibol’s Innovation” organised by Dhipaya Insurance (PCL) together with Moral Centre (Public Organisation), Foundation for a Clean and Transparent Thailand (FaCT), Office of Knowledge Management and Development (Public Organisation), Thai Media Fund, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Thai Returnees of the AFS Association (TRAFS) and Do D Foundation. The aim is to make NUDS staff acquire “mindfulness” and develop “morality, concentration and wisdom (Threefold Studies)” for the instruction of “Sustainable Integrity” in the upcoming academic year 2022.
     During January – March 2022, the NUDS administrator and teachers, led by Acting Director Assist. Dr. Sudakarn Patamadilok with 7 kindergarten and primary teachers followed King Rama IX’s footsteps by participating in the project “Dhipaya Continues, Preserves and Builds on His Majesty King Bhumibol’s Innovation” in Saraburi (14th), Phetchaburi (15th) and Phitsanulok-Phetchabun (16th). This praiseworthy project selected teachers and lecturers from academic institutions across the country to jointly decode the genius of King Bhumibol Adulyadej through 4,800 royal projects that lead to United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), harmonised with NUDS policy and curriculum that focus on “Sustainable Education” since the establishment in 2019.
     Participating in the project, the director and teachers learned four integrities “Sufficiency, Discipline, Honesty, Volunteer”— the foundation of “Sufficiency Economy” that His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great left for citizens of Thailand and the world. All participants helped decode uncountable royal projects that have collected, studied, tested, researched, developed and improved agricultural areas with New Normal agriculture. This includes water resources development, forest restoration, planation and livestock planning for self-dependence in royal development project areas such as Thai-Danish Diary Farm, Huai Sai Royal Development Study Centre and Chaipattana Land Development Project Ban Koh Ku. The NUDS team also got a set of three English books ‘King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand’ of which the content involves the king’s legendary biography and venerable manners. The materials are equipped with the board games: ‘Game of Our Nation’ that integrates 4 integrities and ‘The Medici Effect 9’ that leads to lessons learned and builds on creativity of innovation by following the King’s footsteps.
     Apart from creative and inspiring activities, the participants joined lectures by extraordinary and renowned speakers who have done good things for the nation such as Mrs. Wichuda Traitum, Advisor to Chief Executive Director/Managing Director; Dr. Danai Chanchaochai, Senior Expert of Moral Centre (Public Organisation) and Foundation for a Clean and Transparent Thailand (FaCT); President of Do D Foundation; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suriyadeo Tripathi, Director of Moral Centre (Public organization) Thailand; Mr. Adul Daradham, President of Thai Returnees of the AFS Association (TRAFS), including Dr. New Sumanee Pinweha and Mrs. Nucharee Yongmankongkul, TRAFS directors and edutainment mentors. All attendees can apply the acquired knowledge to the instruction at their school and show students ‘light of wisdom’ that makes them access and understand the life of King Rama IX. This includes how to explain foreigners why Thais love their kings, get a concept of living to grow up as a moral person and apply King Bhumibol’s philosophy in their life.
     Finally, the director and teachers have transferred the knowledge to other NUDS staff and concretely designed the course “Sustainable Integrity” in accordance with NUDS curriculum: EIS (English Integrated Studies/ English Instructional Systems) and MIS (Multi-lingual Instructional Systems) for the academic year 2022. The ultimate goal is to develop strength from within, take ethics as the lead of development and cultivate children to be a whole person, establishing “Society of Integrity” that supports and shares each other sustainably.
